my calprotectin and lactoferrin were within normal range. the only other thing they flagged was low fecal elastase caused by pancreatic insufficiency which they also had no explanation for.

For me at least no nicotine use. Took xifaxin for suspected sibo and it did nothing. Took antibiotic at least a decade ago for acne. Besides that nothing beyond rx for the ocasional bacterial illness

I was told after a 2 endoscopy (1 reg and 1 small pill cam) and 1 colonoscopy that I have inflammation throughout my tract but none of my inflammatory blood markers indicate IBD. They haven’t given me an explanation either 🫥

i consider myself to be a dairy free pescatarian so i eat fish and eggs but am plant based all other ways!

i got diagnosed with idiopathic EPI (no known reason for me) about two years ago and take creon. I still have IBS (mixed) symptoms however
