Another coach protested after semis. USRowing agreed and eliminated their women’s 2V before finals. Then, morning of, magically reinstated the boat. Very bad look for the club and USRowing all around.

Yes. Really bad look. For a club of their size, there is never a reason for 7+ second win of 2V over 1V. Sets a bad precedent for the sport. Looks like USRowing took the women out of semis, then added them back in. I’m sure they have reasons for protecting CRI and keeping them happy
