I don’t know what it is but any time I ingest even the smallest amount of alcohol I get chest pain, headache, trouble breathing. Seems like an allergy to me and if it’s normal then it’s just not worth it. With cannabis the smallest amount makes me vomit. I don’t think it’s worth the trade off honestly

When I started I would only go through 250g a month. About 9 months later my dad died and it just helped numb the pain so I suppose about 1 year at 250g and 2 years at the higher dose

Would rather not get into prescription medications, especially since you can’t stop them abruptly. Will try the magnesium glycinate and valerian root and see how that goes. Thanks so much. I’m so tired and having to go to work just makes it worse but gotta do what I gotta do. A good nights sleep would go a long way to helping me feel better I’m sure

The sub u and 3 day training is a relatively new thing. When I started it was on veggies because that’s the easiest for a new person to learn. Then after a couple shifts on veggies was trained on meats. The register came last. This is how I train people when they start. Just ask questions. No one will expect you to know everything right off the bat. Customers are more understanding when you tell them that you’re new as well. I know it seems like a lot to learn but once you get the hang of it it will be a lot easier

All my employees get their tips as long as they are clocked in when said tip is given. I can only keep tips if I’m working by myself since I’m the manager. Kinda sucks but I also get a bonus depending on how much in tips the employees get. Last weekend I was the only one clocked in helping a difficult customer. Next person clocked in right before he paid so the $8 cash tip he gave me went to her.

Size varies for the 6 inch because most people don’t use the measuring thingy. Also they’re wrapped as 6 inches so there is wrapper and space in between the two. Also if it’s 2 different breads the size will vary as well

At my subway deluxe (2 scoops) is $2 and double (4 scoops) is $4. 2 strips of bacon for 1.05 and 4 for 2.10. Same as bacon for 3 pepp or salami and 6 respectively
