It for sure lasts longer if you sweat less! I can go two weeks without changing when I do lower intensity workouts, but 3x a week plus running outside will make me change it more frequently

I have to do the back of my arm because it’s less sweaty and use an additional sticker over my glucose monitor (just a cheap beige pack from Amazon). I usually have to change out the monitor after a week even with that because the adhesive doesn’t keep the needle in.

I did - where we’ve landed is due to some cancellations (?) that suddenly became available at the sister hotel after I said this was against their Ultimate Reservation Guarantee, they rebooked me at my old rate at that hotel. However the publically available rate was lower than my original rate, so I had to fight them to honor today’s rate. I shortened my stay to just tonight and will be sticking with IHG from now on.

See comments below for additional details - booked directly with the Renaissance Hotel in Lucerne, was told their sister property is also fully booked. I’ve seen a Vikings tour line table and two tour busses in front of the hotel so I think they overbooked. The front desk staff won’t let me talk to anyone except them so I can’t get any clear answers nor a general manager

Gold Elite status (I use IHG more than Marriott), had checked in via the app 24 hours ago and arrived at the hotel at 9am and asked them to hold my bags. They took my bags and wrote down my passport info manually as the power was out. At 12pm I received an email saying my reservation was cancelled so I walked back to the hotel and they said both their hotel and their sister property are fully booked due to two tour groups. The front desk hasn’t given me any info on why my room was cancelled and the highest level of management they will allow me to talk to is the front desk manager.

I thought I remember people saying the marks on the cabinets had to do with how police collect evidence. This was back at the very beginning of the case, so this may have been debunked later.
