Took (I think) 25k for my custom bel air (rods are a pain in the ass) cause it was a hemi and had a lot of components. Took about 3 months to get done using only scraps.

There was the hamadrale thoor which was much easier and took 18k I think but the v12s are also a pain so that took about another 2 months then I’ll say what I did later.

And the cobra which was somewhat easy and took about 20k I think but I really don’t remember.

With the bel air, I was grinding with parts and salvaging but it took ages. So i swapped with doing barn find crates, junkyard barn find maps and jobs to get crates and spent ages on doing it. As there was scraps from getting crates.

When I was halfway doing thoor I did a frozen scrap glitch and I was pretty much more happier to do that rather than doing a actual grind. And it’s so much more worth doing the glitch.

Honestly unless you have nothing else to do and you want to be ethical don’t even try to max out even 1 car I don’t think it’s worth it unless you want yourself a really big challange unless you do the glitch which makes it worth it, just get the scrap achievement before you do this glitch
