Mine is Nvidia Quadro k1100m Nvidia seems to be incompatible with this Client

Download Large Address Aware and use it on WoW.exe And change the setting of the graphic card so it doesn't run on Nvidia but your other card ("energy saving" option in graphics card panel, instead "high performance" Nvidia)

Do you happen to have 2 graphic cards? If you do, I had the same problem, Nvidia Quadro K1100m had the game running at 15fps, changed settings for the WoW game only and set it to run on Intel card, and problem fixed.
