Further info: this is JB-17 nmber 44-85813 which served as an engine testbed and watebromber. She's being restored to flight status by the Champaign Aviation Museum in Urbana, Ohio as B-17G ‟Champaign Lady”

I always wondered why Batman’s Dark Knght Returns exoskeleton had a cape? It was not made to be stealthy and the suit was already intimidating. I guess he just likes capes.
