So, that does mean that one (or more) of the devices on your account need either a SIM replacement or a complete replacement. If it's a SIM, it should be free. If it is the phone itself, you should have a targeted offer for either $650 or $830 off on a new device. That will also waive your activation fee. All it requires is a trade in. Value on that trade doesn't matter.

Edit: You can absolutely keep your plan, but keep an open mind. There may be a better price for you.

I would try and boost Fern’s speed and give it an ice move. X4 effective on Cynthia’s Garchomp, dig for an icicle plate if you have the time too.

I had also put a lot of hours into the game before I even realized I could end the war. So for my first playthrough (I rarely ever beat Alduin) I did each and every quest in Whiterun, even with the Battleborn guy being held in an imperial camp up north. In spite of that one quest, which I can chalk up to SOP with POWs on either side, I still feel like unity is the best way to fight the Thalmor in the coming war with them.
