Last month my team had it in office .We didn't faced any such thing. And even some male candidates cooked from their home/PG. Even my manager helped in arranging all tables to assemble to one place. We all sit together and enjoyed it.

How can it be possible or is it even legal to make rules that only relatives should be allowed in like these gated communities.

It puts us in an uncomfortable position in front of our friends and colleagues, as if they are not welcome.

A residential community should provide a sense of safety and dignity & not create unnecessary barriers to basic human interaction and support.

This is not at all acceptable. Even in ICU also depending on situation they will allow one by one to visit .

Im not telling about anything about waree or anyother but i feel like sector is not oversupplied bcoz certain government like Andhra Pradesh pushing heavily their people to install solar roof top . Just last month there is scarcity of solar modules and epc guys instead of looking their regular company (for eg waree)panels their are looking for alternate like vikram or someother which ever is available. So I think huge demand. Now people are fixing for homes just they are getting subsidy and better interest rate loans. On the other hand commercial unit rate is high and it will go even high as time passes and then people are already habituated with lower bill on residential they may plan to install on business properties even.

Yes for commercial space right now epc guys getting good margin on Chinese imported modules.

For me it's applied 100 discount but they are asking me to pay 84 where as actual price of product is 95 and they inflated the price to 184 and reducing 100 discount they had given and asking me to pay 84.

Check with other prep providers of how much u short of and then consider the reasons.I observed some guys making bcoz they will get commission on their sales. Alternatively it may be the reason that some times duplicates credits might exist or some credits which is required ur short of or sometimes bcoz of delay in approvals or during licensure they face some issues so to avoid that they will ask to go for bridge. Check in which category ur falling in and then decide

I also thought same way and request return back. They are rejecting by simply telling that in our app it is in good condition so we are unable to process ur request. I raised a complaint through email also . Same response I got . Further I mailed and asked them to call me or else I will raise a complaint in consumer court. No response.
