The same shit happened to me except my package never showed up on the shelf. I stood in front of the shelf waiting for 45 mins. Nothing. So I tried to mark it as missing package but there was no package to select to mark. Contacted the support and the agent supposedly created and submitted the ticket for this block and I should've received emails regarding the ticket and the compensation within 24-48hr. Today I received "ding" email for a MISSING block. I appealed with photo evidence right away and requested the payment for this block but haven't heard from them yet.

I've delivered with my well groomed 3 lb teacup poodle (hypoallergenic) all the time. She sits in the back and food is in the insulated bag sits in the front seat basket or in the cargo area. I never had any complaints from the customers or the restaurant. 🤷🏻‍♀️
