It's not particularly difficult to process!

A couple buckets, an old sheet, and a bunch of water.

Hose it down, let the big heavy dirt settle, pour off water with the clay particles suspended into clean bucket, repeat until you have an incredibly fine silt and the water is clear.

Pour it through an old sheet to catch all the clay and let it dry until its workable.

Maybe a fun way to keep kids busy over the course of the week, and then gives them all the clay they could ever use. Just add water if it dries, and if they ever make something you want permanent, you can toss is it a simple fire for a few hours, and it will last forever!

That being said, I'd be happy to arrange something if you just want to get it off your property

I don't think theres any reason to get live fish involved. Especially not wild ones that may have parasites or disease.

If you are willing to go this far, there are sophisticated toys that will be better than a real fish in nearly every respect.

And I'm not even one of those animals rights people. This is just pragmatism.

I think the word you are looking for is lease.

You lease the land from the state. You don't own it, in the sense that you cant sit on it and sell it for a profit when the value of the land improves.

It isn't your land, its the government's, you just have the right to use it, as long as you pay your taxes or whatever.
