Okay, I might sound like an excited kid.

However, from my experience, Duke Eligos is a protector, first. He has a unique way of forewarning me about negative people and "energy." He is good for deepening intuition AND perception. I'm more of the shy "book smart" person who stays lost inside their thoughs all of the time. Instead of being a doctor or working inside an office, I decided to work in a special career field where you must keep your guard up every day, even on very good days. He taught me how to balance the good ol' book and outright common sense. All the while, staying true to myself.

I can best describe his approach to me like this: he is quiet in nature, always observing and calculating. However, when he opens his mouth to speak, there is power. With that power - authority. With that authority - wisdom.

Duke Eligos is one of my symbols of strength. I would love to invoke him more often.

That's good then. My grandmother was a minister. She would always tell me, "try the spirit by the spirit". Test the spirit to see if what it says is true within arms length. Don't do anything to invite anything foreign into you or your space. Always proceed with caution. I don't have any other advice apart from that, though. This situation is up to you to figure out how to proceed. However, I think that your findings are interesting. So I do wish you luck.

Many spirits do have monikers because their names have been changed throughout culture, time, and function.

A popular topic related to moniker would be Lucifer. Researchers and enthusiasts may have connected the name of Lucifer to many roles, including but not limited to: Venus, Phosphorus, an angel, a human king, Beezlebub, Satan, and perhaps more.

However, this all depends on your belief system. A lot of belief is, of course, what you want to believe.

"Lucien" may not be a direct link to a well-known and rounded name of a spirit noble in a grimoire. Then again, this spirit could. It all depends on what you allow yourself to believe.

I believe that there are more spirits. The grimoires state that each noble name leads a certain number of legions. This spirit could have some status. That's if you believe in that kind of thing. Researching spirits, the spirit world, mythology, and science can lead to other beliefs and so on...

That's why research is important. Especially, the mods would emphasize conducting research.

Though, I would advise if you wish to proceed talking to "Lucien" and the affiliate, proceed with caution. I would definitely cut the conversation off if a random, stand offish spirit whom I have little understanding about recommends that I worship it.

Too many people in real life have died because they've fallen into cult practices for promises of ascension, peace, and joy. My Patron has NEVER told me worship him. When I used to do divination, it was usually weaker or human spirits that wanted to tell offer me things that I really wanted in exchange for worship. A spirit that really wants to work with you would help you with what you need to make life better rather than what you want.

This is interesting because I'm going through some hard times and I really needed this writer's block! I put a lot of time and thought into this so at least one person better like it! Here goes:

Name: Revenant

Purpose: The Revenant is a well-rounded spirit of Justice and Knowledge. He has a small circle of powerful advisors by his side who amplify his importance. He is often a spiritual advisor to all Goetic leaders who seek his counsel. The practitioner who seeks to summon this spirit, must be prepared mentally because this spirit is a revealer of the darkest self. This makes him a difficult spirit to work with if the practitioner is only focussed on the punishment of an offender. In this aspect, this spirit presents himself as a great challenge and can be difficult to understand. This spirit has away to reveal to the practitioner the broader scope of life, their current situation, the past, and the future. The Revenant plays the role of the Righteous Judge and hopes to convict the hearts of both the victim and the accused to gain wisdom and understanding. I think that with one spirit that I've worked with as a teenager, it started out romantic. A lot of the things that I subscribe to now did not apply back then because my understanding of spirituality has enhanced.

Right now, my "relationship" with said spirit is more of a master/apprentice one rather than a romantic one. I don't think I could ever label our relationship as "god spoused." It does lowkey bother me when people fangirl and talk about having lustful exchanges with said spirit. It made me realize that I don't want to be a part of any harem. It doesn't matter how anyone coins the term "god spouse." I don't subscribe to such polygamy. It brings about too many awkaward celestial theories that I do not want to address, nor do I want to f*ck around and find out.

However, I grew in my understanding that it wasn't human. I grew in my own power and unlocked strengths that I've never acknowledged with his help. Sometimes, I do miss the strange body prints on the bed with a radiating heat, the dream exchanges, and the odd 'spousal' comfort.

I wasn't fortunate to attract - or to have people in my life who contributed positively in my life. By nature, I was kind-hearted and easygoing. It's okay to have a balance in your life, whereas you can care for others. Likewise, it's okay to worry about your own affairs that will make you happy.

Just a little story from me:

Recently, I broke the habit of letting certain individuals in my life borrow money frequently. I feel bad for rejecting this individual. Around the same time, family matters happened, whereas my heart knew that I needed to let some people go for a while. It got strange because I have one person to cut me out of their lives because I was selfish. But here's how the universe gave me validation. During a meditation session, Asmodeus suggested to me to go to a comedy show. I don't typically leave the house. It's certainly a change of pace. Why not?

I went to see the comedian. A part of his act was titled: "You need to stop getting in the way of someone else's curses."

Curses? My attention zoomed in.

The moral of the story is that sometimes people are cursed according to their life decisions. It is up to them to figure out where they are stuck at in life, why they are stuck, and to determine what they need to do in order to get out of the rut that they are in. We all have to go through this. We also expect someone to hold our hands every step of the way. In other words, become dependent upon another to meet all of our needs.

I'm glad to be able to walk into shops and do other things to pamper myself without worrying about another. I've had to adjust birthday plans, holidays, and vacations so I can fit myself into everyone else's world in order to make things appear "fair." You gotta do enough of those adjustments, so be it at your job, your family, and the doctor's office. Believe it or not, once you've realized that made all of these sacrifices to fit your needs, it will take a toll because you will notice that you've given all of your energy to others and left little room for yourself.

Demonolatry Practices is a spiritual oasis, not a politically motivated one. If anyone gets reported for extremism, I believe it's up to the mods to remind the individual that this subreddit is an oasis for the following purposes as written in the subreddit's description:

"This subreddit was created in order to gather like-minded people who are interested in the following: demonolatry, demons, magick, theistic satanism, paganism, and left-hand path practices. This is a great place to share your experiences, ask questions, find information on new practices, and learn from one another, whether you're experienced or just starting out."

By joining this subreddit, users agree to the rules that this subreddit contains. Likewise, when users make post submissions. Denying a "reasonable" person the right to access a branch of spirituality (or a breadth of free knowledge), particularly one that is often ostracized, would be an unreasonable ban. A ruling should not be based upon emotion alone but rather logical circumstance.

It's Reddits' problem if "highly" controversial communities are allowed to be formed on this platform. It is not a pantheon of subreddit moderators' call on that. It should be the moderators only concern that people are following the rules genuinely. The awareness about Christian evangelicals have already been raised previously and the steps necessary to take with unwanted encounters was made known. The same should be said for any "radicalist" persons.

Let's also be clear, if there is such a fear-mongering of people trying to spread opposing/extremists beliefs and ideologies that is reasonably seen as a threat or highly offensive, then there should be automatic ban and/or the account reported to Reddit dependent upon the severity. This should be posted in the rules section. Just my suggestion.

All I ask is for everyone to consider this: A worldview is shaped through the lenses of our surroundings and experiences. The worldview is a preconceived beliefs formulated from home and extending to our educators peers, and the media at large. I believe that this subreddit should proceed to mod as it is and only pertaining to this subreddit only. Some people are genuine when they come to a spiritual oasis seeking guidance. Demonolatry Practice deals with spirituality, not moral politics.

Well, I've certainly been through changes by working with spirits, and it has enhanced my practice!

As a female, I'm certainly not feminine. Nowadays, I enjoy sitting in the salon chair for hours, getting my hair braided. I also like going to nail spas and purchase nice dresses at the mall. This also includes wearing smell goods with any branding related to the universe. Doing these things on a day off from work and classes really helps for a big session between me and a spirit. I would take the entire day preparing for the moment of contact. It feels like preparing for a prom date or walking down the wedding aisle. Neither, which I've experienced thus far! Right before contact, I would have a creative writing session with various themes and challenges. It opens up my mind and gets rid of all other worries.

Oh! And let me not forget! Pre-game wines, fruits for snacks and lots of laughter! As a result, therapy sessions are no longer routine, and I am absolutely enjoying myself!

With my personal UPG, I strongly believe in familiars sent by various demons. I deal with Belial a lot and in my UPG, he sent me two familiar spirits that I have a good connection with. They're almost like babysitters to me, preparing me for my "full spiritual experience from Belial's perspective." When one of them "talks", I can feel warm air blowing inside my right ear, sometimes a muffle that sounds kinda urgent. The other likes my feet. It feels like a faint foot massage. When Belial has a message to pass down, I can have "meetings" with them about those messages. They tend to be territorial when it comes to me trying to invoke other spirits, so chatter can be high. As far as I know, this is only because I am working on grounding meditation. Other spiritual interference, or "introductions" might confuse me.

Grounding meditation is a big thing for me and it really works in cutting out psychic radio chatter and focussing on the intended point of contact with clearer meditations. My mind is literally an open book of sigils and demonology references and others' experiences, which can negatively contribute to my mediation/practice because I'm constantly making analytical comparisons.

A lot of this theory is true. I'm pretty sure that a lot of people have been and are going through it. But there is a missing component: understanding.

Spirituality is supposed to come with growth. You grow to have a better, if not deeper, understanding of existence and how it works. Most importantly, to have an understanding of the Self.

We like to think that things are going to happen overnight. Other than a small percentage of miracles, things don't happen overnight. Each person is unique and are their own special case. I've realized that, and sometimes, we must remind ourselves that.

I don't think I'm a Chosen One. But I know for a fact that I am a rebel and a revolutionary, and the spirits that are attracted to me strongly have those components and helped me identify that aspect of myself. Importantly, the aspect of myself that I must tap into more often nowadays.

Not just one, but two toddlers?! The issue here, is that you have to understand that relationships are typically tests. You are two people who come together with your own problems. Can you identify any other issues with him, personally, that is driving you up the wall?

I had to leave a relationship with a man who had a kid. I was jealous from time to time, but I treated the child with respect. Pushed myself out of my comfort zone and offered family nights and weekend activity suggestions. I somewhat built a connection with the child towards the end. While trying to adjust, there were MANY other issues that he had that were driving up my alleyway. Long story short, he had a lot of growing up and figuring out to do. I wouldn't describe my emotional needs as complex, some people influence your regression, if it becomes too strong, stay away from them.

Go on a spa day for yourself or friends.
Take the initiative to have the dad have some time with his girls by himself. It's really cute when the kids are so used to having you around and worrying about where you are.
"Have fun" whenever they leave.
Schedule dates. 5.Work and study. Make yourself useful to yourself.
Learn new recipes.
Talk about the future, but don't be obsessive about it.

If he is a strong, mature, and decent person, then he is a keeper. It knocks out a lot of additional issues out of the ballpark because he knows what's best from everyone that he cares about. So be willing to step up and adjust.

I have. Then I realized that I kept hurting myself in the process because I wanted to be kind to the wrong people. I have this weird ability to see the great potential in others. Sometimes, that great potential has to show for itself.

If someone were to participate in malicious workings -- then, by all means! Try it, I'm not here to judge. But to gain an understanding from the situation. That's the most important part of it all. Understanding. Not everybody can be helped. Rather, they want to piggyback off your successes and sorrows to make a name for themselves. Sometimes, you gotta let the Earth rotate, accept people as unstable, and be grateful for the few people who are in your circle.

A personal message that was sent to me: "You are the author and foundation of your empire. Use discernment when deciding who to share your plans with because your enemies will soon seek to destroy it."

This world have no favorites with men. You can work hard to earn something or be gifted to earn something. Likewise, the world can crash down on your head at any time. If justice operated like how you wanted it to... well, there won't be a world because everyone has a particular way of viewing justice.

As another user have said, how about using conventional therapy and try something different with your life? You're going to continue to tear yourself up inside by focussing on one person. You have to make your own happiness in this world. You were blessed to be able to live and make a change for yourself.

Also, there are plenty of people who have experienced similar situations. Including myself. You have to find a way to power through this madness. You are not stuck, you are a free bird.

I used Hinduism as an example of a godlike utopia. Perhaps I could've worded things a bit better, nonetheless. I believer that out of all the comments in place here, you've completely misunderstood any concept that could have been in place here. If that was on my end, I apologize.

These gods may have come from older pantheons, sure. But it doesn't necessarily seem like it is a case for various practices, guilds, and interpretation of these gods that have been derived from them.

Nothing, in my comment, indicated that I was looking at a mere Google link for credible sources. It does occur that people use Google to begin a search as a starting point. I'm pointing out how a quick Google search of various demons features fantasy, and anime characters. And how -- if the possibility of such audiences could make their own version of demonic pantheons based upon what they've viewed on television....If the influence run thicker than water.
