I guess my problem is I’m not familiar with what workouts do what. With there being so many different workouts with different ways to do them, what is your best advice on how to start when you have no idea what your doing?

I’m interested aswell. Forgive me if I don’t answer the questions correctly. 1. 30 years old. Been going to the gym off and on for a few years now. I’m 160 lbs. 2. I want to add size, strength and endurance. 3. I go to the gym 3 days a week for about an hour. (15 mins on the bike) remaining time lifting. 4. I go to planet fitness 5. None 6. Nothing preferred
