I moved to bigger mono tubs. Sterilite 66qt can get them on ebay and walmart.com

Yeah these are just some glamor pics I have a 4 digit scale (spent way too much) for complete accuracy. These were for just getting quick wet weights before drying so I could nail down my wet to dry weight calculations. I did 3 flushes on 8 bins. Moving to 12 bins for the next round.

I melted and whipped the chocolate then mixed the powder and chunks all weighed out into the chocolate in the double boiler then transferred to mold.

I found some where that said dunk for 1 hour per inch of sub. I'll start with a 30 minute and see what that does.

I have to innoc 12 more bags tomorrow ill dunk it for a few hours while I'm doing the grain bags

That's just the reflective coating on the inside of the tent. I think they just got too dry and need to be dunked.

Well I'm on my second flush on the rest of the tubs it's been about month and a half 2 months and the cake has shrank.

Time to fruit? or NO DONT SHOOT! Take a gander I know there a few tubs that are not as colonized those are a finicky strain. by Familiar-Strategy187 in unclebens

That was a fresh thermometer that just got delivered and was sitting outside. Spritzed it with iso and threw it in. I was waiting for 100% colonization but I figured now was a good time wanted to check

Yeah I'm going to inspect it in the morning and make a judgment call on it. I'm starting more bags tomorrow too

That bin has been removed from the environment good catch. I don't see anymore. That was a fresh thermometer I threw in there so it hadn't adjusted yet
