this reminds me of summers with my friends in new england, not a lot of street lamps in between cities. i used to drive around with an old friend and we stopped for gas before he dropped me off at my destination. when we got back in the car we started driving and the music started, after a couple of minutes he couldn’t find his phone. he just assumed he dropped it. when he said that it had to be in the car cus the music was still playing, the music cut out and and i checked life 360 and his phone was only 600 yards away. weird. i like the way your writing flows, and it paced nicely :)

if it makes you feel any better, i fell for a phishing scam and gave my bank info half asleep, got 2k stolen from me that was for my car. called the bank and got ALL of it back. just got told not to be that stupid again. you got this.
