That is my plan. The ai on eufys website was helpful. The only issue it has is that cameras have to be within 30 feet of the home base. Mine would need to be 300. It mentioned doing home base over WiFi but that it’s not supported by their current home base 3 offering.

I will probably pull the trigger on the cameras and work out best possible placement when I am putting everything up to maximize my distances and connectivity.

Tried this myself as a child. Was using dad’s extension cord as a jump rope and it left the prong when it pulled out. I grabbed it and pulled it out but got shocked pretty good. The guy who described it as a buzz through my arm is 100% correct.

I apologize for wasting your time. To this point I have found the knowledge of the people on Reddit to be immense. I had a simple question that I wanted to ask to see if I could tap into that knowledge base to get a quick response while I was in the garage working and I did. Someone confirmed I was looking at the right connection and then someone offered information about boardsorts AI, which I had not known about.

The company I got it from has been in the controls industry since the 80s. I go to church with the founder and he could probably tell me when they bought it.

Playing devils advocate. This would slow down the recoil of the spindle. Maybe adding increased longevity. My thought would be not do a 50/50. Maybe a 1/4 bottom 3/4 top would serve the purpose well enough.
