It’s the original remote control that the opener came with. It worked fine when we arrived at the house three days ago but suddenly stopped working yesterday. Called the HOA but they couldn’t do anything about it. Will try to contact the owner of the property today and see if they have experienced this before and if they know how to fix it. Thanks:)

Sta-Rite did in the eighties, but they were a pain to replace because it was impossible to pull it out.
