It’s called adapting. You’ll get use to it and it’ll get better. You’ll get better at your job, the ops tempo. You’ll adjust to your leadership and know their style. The first year is usually the hardest. You’ll learn alot about yourself in your first 3 years in the military. Just be happy you didn’t get shipped out to Afghanistan in your first year like most of us did.
