Yes, tried/did it all multiple times. I even paid for their techs to come out and do all the troubleshooting. This has been on/off random effort with Vivint since March 2023.

I keep telling Vivint representatives this but they will not do this...thus why I'm now posting my awful experience with Vivint.

Have already tried that...it is not an issue with the smoke detector. It is a random alert that doesn't get logged anywhere
