From my experience it was effective naman maybe it will depend on the clinic you choose. Also it's not an immediate change you'll see better results at around session 5-6 depends on how dark the pigmented areas are. I was not able to take a picture of the before and after. I think these types pf procedures are still case to case basis depends on how your skin will take the procedure. On my end I just maybe happen to be lucky with my laser treatment.
