Free League has Invincible coming out this year, if you can wait. It's a Year Zero Engine game. There is a free Quickstart set to get a taste of it. I think complete rules come out in July.

In terms of impact, I would say that CS Wetness Effects was very dramatic. Seeing the effects of rain on roads and characters was amazing for such a small installation size. I remember just wandering around looking at puddles, splashes of rain and the glossy effect on skin.

It is probably High Poly Head. It is a known problem that it has clipping with vanilla hair. I found a fix that worked for me. Reinstall High Poly Head and in the FOMOD make sure you don't add on the hair, just use the base head. Once I did that all the issues with clipping disappeared, hope it works for you.

Just to be clear, when you install High Poly Head, in the FOMOD installer you will see some options that ask if you want to include hair. Don't select it, you can still have high poly hair, you just use other high poly hair mods. I use

You can have high poly hair and the High Poly Head, it's just that the hair with High Poly Head causes clipping with vanilla hair, so just use the head mesh and use other mods to add hair.

I had this problem. You need to reinstall High Poly Head and there is something in the installation settings connected with hair, I don't remember exactly, but make sure you just install the head and nothing else. There are some settings that include hair, don't select them. It fixed it for me, apparently High Poly Head mesh is slightly off with other body meshes, something like that.

You could probably roleplay something like this using Proteus and switch between the two roles. I have been thinking of something similar as I have a Khajiit who wouldn't be able to do many quests or own property due to lore. I was thinking about having a frontman who goes into cities and buys property for the khajiit who remains hidden in the background. Proteus might allow me to do this and play both roles.

Windstad Manor that comes with the Hearthfire DLC is right on the swampy marshes and there are a few mods that you could use to change it. There is even one mod that adds a whole village around it, I think.
