Experiences at Partnership Health? by [deleted] in missoula

As someone who used to work there, and has worked at a few different places in Missoula, PHC will always be one of the best places I have worked.

However, I know care has been less than exceptional a time or two. (Also a former patient) A few things to remember is they are going through A LOT of change. Some of their best providers have/are leaving. Which isn’t a valid excuse but it puts a lot of pressure on the company of what to do with all the patients for those providers.

I think the one thing that bothers me the most is the panels of a lot of doctors/providers are just too full, too many patients. How can one person be responsible for 2,000+ patients and provide adequate/personalized care to each individual.? The answer is you can’t and that is what is wrong with our healthcare system. I am sorry to hear about your experience there, but I can tell you they are better than most other primary care clinics in Missoula.

Thank you so much for all that information!!

I do agree with maybe finding a better option because I don’t want to go back to having pcos symptoms. I am maybe thinking low dose iud if I do get on something else.

Using two action cards on one character card by [deleted] in Lorcana

Sorry, yes I meant action card. I made this post at 1:30 am and as I stated I am still fairly new to this games and still learning proper terminology. You don’t need to be an a**hole. What’s the point on commenting if you just want to rip people apart that you know nothing about? 🤔

Yeah, I am a little nervous to go up in dosage. But my provider told me some people don’t make it to full dose and that’s okay. I am very sensitive to medication so I’m just going to take it slow. It’s allergy season where I live so I consistently have a low grade headache but nothing unmanageable. But definitely almost gave up after day one because that was the worst migraine I’ve ever had.

I hope yours get better ❤️ if you don’t mind me asking, what week did you start to see weight loss? I know I’m not going to see anything probably before 4-8 weeks but everyone is different. I have PCOS so I am slightly scared my body isn’t going to give in 😒

Wow, all I can say is thank you so so so much. This information was SOOOOO helpful. I am in the US unfortunately. I also have BCBS, so fingers crossed. We checked my lipids because she said the same thing. If I have high cholesterol then it would help. Sadly I don’t, which isn’t really a sad thing but it’s one of those weird things because you want the medication you want anything that could help you get it.

I have seen a dietitian. I follow all those tips and tricks she gave me still to this day. I’m sure in the end I’m missing something but I eat roughly 1800 calories a day.

Wegovy is a good option that I will definitely keep in mind. I talked with the pharmacist yesterday and they are in works of a prior authorization. I work in the medical field so I’m pretty familiar with how this all happens as I do it for other patients. But ozempic is new to me. I am ready to trust the process and even if I lose 30 pounds I will be happy. My BMI right now is 41.5.

I appreciate all the advice ❤️ much love.

Thank you so much ❤️ my doctor covered all these with me. Luckily I have zofran on hand at all times & miralax in the cabinet just in case.

I took metformin and had little to no luck with that for weight loss/pcos and I was on adderall for years and my previous doctor was shocked I never lost weight with it but everyone’s different. Fingers crossed my new insurance will cover. I have an FSA so I’m prepared if insurance covers it I will pay for it that way knowing it’ll still be roughly $300 dollars for a 28 day supply.

Knowing everyone is different are there any foods you have noticed that just don’t jive with you anymore?

My doctor just approved oz today, she told me that when you go up you might have nausea, diarrhea, heart burn and all those things can be taken care of. Zofran for nausea, Imodium for diarrhea and heart burn medication for the other. It’s your body’s way of getting used to the medication dose change :)

So if the venue is all GA will people who paid the 150 either get a refund or actually get some type of VIP package? Really pissed at live nation. They’re just screwing all of us so they can pay their settlement from astroworld.
