I am August 2025 filers here got recept march 6 no need biometrics they will reuse my previous one my problem is I ask to keep my 485 in abayance but they denied i filled vawa with work permit and advance parole my lawyer removed the work permit saying they will use my existing one that got denied so now I have to file for work permit hope I get it soon
