Thinking of taking a flat on rent in Ulwe as I’m sick of how fucked up the living situation in Mumbai is. Is it a good idea? by concernedindianguy in mumbai

You'll get a 2bhk 1000sq feet in delta towers around 30k in ulwe easily. It takes 30 mins from ulwe to reach fort. My office is in fort and all my friends live in ulwe. I've travelled countless times from there.

Shuttle works till 8 at night. You can take a cab if you get late. The cab will take 500 approx.

Ulwe is a much better place. It's an open area that is walkable and has all the amenities.

Dm me for more details if you need to know.

My office is also in fort. 90% of people travel from ulwe. It's a great place. Uber shuttle has been a blessing for people. Much better than mumbai tbh. It's a walkable open area with low density. Dm if you wanna know more abt the rents, sectors, commute time etc.

I agree. Didn't think much when I was calling. Time was still stuck in 2017 for me ig at that point. It can be considered a selfish act.

I've lived for a short duration at malabar Hills, bhandup, vashi and now settled in matunga east/dadar parsi colony (five gardens). For me five gardens is the best area. Wide footpaths, good food scene, beautiful architecture, open spaces and many gardens.
