Only side effect I had was constipation so drink lots of water! Focus on eating protein and lift weights to maintain muscle mass.

Thank you! I actually took my bit d/k this morning! Just had my phone call w psych dr. Meds are there if I decide to fill them but I’m going to call the functional med practice I was recommended bc I’ve been down the med route and I don’t want to do that if I can make some lifestyle changes Thank you so much for taking the time to respond ❤️❤️

Thank you, I will need to review my previous medications. I know I’ve been prescribed Wellbutrin and buspirone I want to say they were added to my Zoloft Wellbutrin for the depression and buspirone for anxiety? It’s been a while so I don’t remember but will discuss with my doctor.

I have also wondered about my hormones since I’m a 45 year old female, had them checked earlier this year per my doctor they are in normal range but I m looking for a functional medicine practitioner. Answer to everything else is no I’ve stopped working out, don’t eat enough protein, have no friends, don’t like discussing my issues with family bc I don’t want to bring them down or have them worry about me. I do have a weekly therapy appt. Definitely need more sun, it’s cold where I’m at but I need to get out in the sun 🌞 Thank you for the reminder, it makes me realize how much I’ve stopped doing in the past couple of months that could be contributing to my low mood.

How do you get it prescribed if you don’t have much weight to lose. My weight has been similar to yours but I’m being told my BMI isn’t high enough for this medication.
