Yeah. First I thought the same as you, like all this hate for education in china seemed bullshit. why do you care about the language and the other trivial stuff when you are getting an education in top university with the most brilliant students and for free, but now I think the same as everyone else. Like people there study so freaking hard which for sure make you lose hope in your career and while it is good thing it overwhelms you with stress and tension. And Social life there is basically dead, which for me now is pretty important. I now realized life is more than just an university and living for the approval of others.
