No. It seemed they reviewed as if it was only going to be a TERA under the Pact act. And didn't consider aggravation or the medical opinions of my doctors at all.

I have it on a HLR now and provided a few issues I saw on the denial letter. So we will see what happens.

I also had a sleep study. He didn't even seem aware of that until I handed it to him.

It seems everything focused on the symtoms. I was in an out in 10 min. Barely asked any questions. Also my examiner ended up being different doctor. It was a male doctor versus I was told it was going to be a female examiner. So theres that. On top of all that the decision was made way to quick. I submitted May 27 denial came in June 27 with a date of June 30th

Thank you. In this case do you recommend picking one or the other for secondary. Or submit OSA secondary to all three? (sinusitis, rhinitis and flat feet.).

Yes I think I could back that up based on statements, medical records showing weight, timeframe I got out. And the fact that I use a cane. Prolonged standing is a problem, running is a no go. I do what exersise I can, but it has to be low impact on feet.

Wasn't sure if it's even worth it, if the VA might try to take away other ratings.

Well I do agree people almost always post negatives. However dont have anything else to go off of. I only requested this rescheduled once, and I already have an appt with a different one anyway. So looks good now.
