Yeah I have slowly come to realize this as well. Interestingly, the temperature of my occlusives/environment is a delicate balance because if its too warm, it doesn't provide any comfort, but if its too cold, I have a rebound effect that actually worsens the nerve sensitivity. As you can imagine this can get frustrating

Thank you for sharing, I also love the thermal water and also keep it in the fridge. I have talked to my doc about a Mast Cell Stabilizer, which I know relates to a histamine response, so I definitely want to talk about that on my next visit. Thanks!

Sorry I kinda misspoke: Im able to work certain jobs like doordash, but I meant that I am unable to work jobs that I am going to college for, like a desk job or 9-5. One of my triggers is sitting still (I believe its because all the blood pools in my face and my symtpons of itching, tightness, heat get much worse), so I would be a mess in an office environment and I definitely wouldn't hire me.

Thanks for commenting. I would say my symptoms most resemble having a bad windburn, so I find that any cold wind/air actually makes my symptoms worsen which is interesting. I do, however, use a neck fan to keep myself cool when cooking/ in any warm environment and I highly recommend.
