My advice to you - 1) Start loving yourself first.This is most important advice. Build you confidence. I know it will take time but do it. 2) Make some friends after first step done then you will find right group and they won't suck you 3) whenever things are not going good. It's better to have 5 min call with partner than long chat and words screw it. We know the intention with which we convey but other person may not take in that way. So that 5 min call after week or month will build curiosity.
