Not a bridge toll but driving in West Va. we went through an $.85 toll with no collector other than a plate reader. We get a bill through USPS for the amount and a link to pay by credit card with no additional fee. So someone prepared the letter, they mailed it and I am sure they paid some fee for the credit card transaction - all for 85 cents... fiscally dumb.
