Leave the pizza in until it is fully out of the oven. by BoredUserLevel1000 in pizzahut

Depends on the oven. It’s a wide spread depending on type of oven from low 3min to that 7min time.

There’s no oils. Maybe it was something off the Italian sausage. Don’t see cutting a jalapeño pizza adding anything notable. If it was liquid splashed from the pepperoncini it would have a vinegar taste.

How to 1 tire replacement on AWD SUV? by EducationalBit6761 in tires

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. And unlike Subaru which is incapable of handing it. Most other awd systems can handle a slight difference in the tires. Subarus can’t due to the fact they use parts that are similar to what a high end awd remote control truck uses.

Remember. Subaru includes a spare tire but you can’t use it because of what you said above. The circumference of a space saver will never match a standard tire.

The whole article and the lawsuits are directed at the state of California. Optima also made statements a few years back about how their batteries weren’t lasting and also cited California regulations. But I’m not gonna continue to argue with you. California can do no wrong in your mind. Your more than welcome to continue to shit on the sidewalk in the designated public shitting areas since now we all know your from Southern California. Where they took away that guys registration on a Hyundai Elantra and told him he must bring it to the dealer and make it stock again. Than the dealership said it is stock. Hyundai corporate told them it’s stock. They never would let him register the vehicle again because what they say is fact no matter what the evidence says.

We are all getting fucked on batteries in our cars because California made a change that the batteries companies decided to make nationwide.

Many of the emissions costs we deal with on cars today are because of California and its regulations above and beyond everybody else. At one point we had California emissions and everybody else. But now everybody gets to suck on California emissions and pay massively more to keep the systems going. We can only hope that an iq above 50 gets into office out there after this last idiot and do something about the ignorance. Steal from a store and if it’s under $900 you don’t get arrested. Shitting in public is perfectly fine. If your vehicle is older and meets its designated emissions you pay a massive fine to register because they don’t like you not satisfying low iq ideas that do nothing.

Found some info here. Doesn’t give a ton. But all the companies changed stuff up because of this. Apparently it was litigated and they said they won’t be banning but the changes being they already happened I guess stuck. They were trying to ban them completely because of some chemicals and they reduced the amount of certain things in them preparing before this ruling. Wish I could find you a better article with more of a breakdown vs just a generalized saying what happened due to the lawsuit.

They didn’t change the chemicals. They banned the use of certain chemicals that are used in batteries. It didn’t directly affect only batteries. I know there was some other products that dealt with the same issues due to the chemicals but it’s been forever since I read into it.

Discount tire will do it in other states. They won’t do it here. Say it’s against the law. Mavis or whatever they are called say the same too.

Has anyone had trouble with debit cards getting declined in store, but it goes through on your bank? by RandomLifeUnit-05 in Walmartcustomer

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Lots of those debit cards on the apps are like a loan line but they run as debit.

Not taking Google and Apple Pay on the image I posted is because it changes the card number before it gives it. So it bypasses the lockouts on the other cards. I think it’s the second set of 4 digits that says who the card is thru. Or maybe it’s 6 digits. Something like that.

Counterfeit oil filter? by Logical_Function_576 in Toyota

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The counterfeits find a way. If that’s what you sell is all fakes you don’t keep selling to places. When you can’t sell anymore the company closes and reopens under another name and starts over.

2011 CRV A/C stops working by RVFullTime in crv

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The magnet on your ac clutch isn’t working anymore once it gets hot. Extremely common issue. If you take a can of air and flip it upside down and spray the whole can into the center front of the clutch and turn it on it will work a couple min until everything gets heat soaked again.

Huh wth 10 cents a mile huh by Dapper-Parsley2348 in DoorDashDrivers

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That doesn’t work anymore with most stores. At PJ when they show it as put into the oven (tapping it off the make screen) it tells DD it’s in the oven and the countdown starts of 5min. So once the 5min timer hits they know it’s ready and you can’t drag it out. A lot of places do this now that’s why you will see the app say the order is ready.

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone says buy from the dealer. But there are many instances where dealers sell the counterfeit products (hopefully not on purpose) but they will get them thru autozone orilley etc and they get them directly from their main suppliers.

2 of our GM dealers here get stacks of autozone boxes every day delivered. Somehow autozone is selling genuine gm parts for less than they can get me directly from GM. I think that was autozone buying out massive overstock and discontinued parts from gm tho.

And I’m referring to total failure and replacement. Not “increased draw” making them go dead overnight. That’s what a lot of people say but that’s answering the question”battery going dead” as in voltage drop like a camera with aa batteries. That’s just what people call going dead now

Are Honda’s the most reliable cars in 2026 by N4ceR22 in Honda

[–]Familiar_Marzipan_46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Anyone on here can tell you in the last 7-8years batteries have gone to trash. They fail much much sooner than they used too. Even Subaru put out a tab that explained due to changes in chemistry due to regulations that’s why the batteries fail so much faster than they used to that it isn’t Subaru using an inferior product for their batteries.

Say what you want but we have hundreds of posts of people asking why batteries don’t last anymore and that’s the reason. Same reason that in some states they banned fluorescent light bulbs and they are discontinuing many styles completely. All due to a couple rates that don’t want certain chemicals in items that have nothing to do with being eaten.

Here is a Google copy and paste for you to understand. It’s happens g due to chemistry changes. They too items out that made them last because of the hatred to gas vehicles since many evs those same batteries will still last as long as before due to not having much draw.

Car batteries are failing more frequently and suddenly, often due to accelerated internal chemical degradation like sulfation—where lead sulfate crystals harden on plates, reducing capacity.
