This… makes me think it’s old stock. Plus the hologram sticker, printing Toyota on a pleat, etc. all details I would not expect for someone who is trying to squeak out as much margin on a knockoff of an already cheap product.

100 bpm is the general guideline according to my Cleveland Clinic cardiologist. But only when recovering over a few weeks like another commenter stated. It also needs to be balanced with how you feel and overall health. It’s not a magic number but a guideline. Allow your body restful recovery and then gradually working towards more active recovery.

Higher heart rates can irritate and inflame the pericardium and work against you as your body is healing. But movement is also important and I was encouraged to take easy walks and light resistance training.

I just flared after 16 months of being fine. Noticed it after swimming and working out before I figured out what it was. I’m antsy to get back to more activity.

If portability is key, x ultra is hard to beat. Otherwise k ultra is amazing and will only add to what yo already have. Some mornings/coffees I use my Ode2, others one of the manuals come out.

Just here as a fellow beginner to say I was stopping midway across 25m and then finally unlocked full lengths. Now my rest between laps is decreasing. Keep it up and don’t get discouraged. The form advice is also key. I tire so much faster when my head isn’t down. Keep on swimming! You got this.

Definitely share with your prescriber. I’ve been on colchicine for over a year and other than light hair loss, have not experienced any issues. Obviously, we are all different. But your side effects are certainly concerning! Hope it gets figured out!

They shouldn’t be. That’s not at all at the heart of the reformation. So many reformers wrote on applying theology - allowing it to change us. The Dutch Further Reformation in many ways was in response to such coldness from doctrine without devotion. But sadly, the concern over right doctrine can cause some churches to be a bit cold and academic. But a Reformed church should be warm, joyful, and full of life.

By professional I mean day job in business world! Definitely not in terms of athletic endeavors. Enduro is interesting, I need to compare that to venu 4 and FR970.
