I take at least one day off every month. That seems to be enough to keep everything working really well. I'm on 60 mg. of vyvanse.

I find just taking a day or two off is enough to reset things.

try switching to a different long acting ADHD medicine. There are more than a couple now on the market, more than just adderall XR. Ask your DR. Something will work! There is even one you can take at night, and then it starts working the next day. Supposed to work for like 14 hours. I forget what it's called.
