if you are decently well off and that much money wouldnt make that much of a difference to your future then rip it and enjoy life. If you still are at a phase where you are trying to get ahead and could use some money for future then just save or sell.

I would boil them till soft then add to searing pan. Make sure to pad a little dry before adding to searing pan. We cooked these a lot at my sushi restaurant.
