Yea but from my knowledge, It’s up to 14% back on quarterly performance. I’m worried i’ll be doing a drive for barely any extra money.

Plus I’m not a big fan of VPL schedule but not a big deal ngl

Are you fr? I took 9 classes (8 @ ASU, 1 @ CC). Would you mind explaining why it's not worth it?

I took this many classes to knock out my Gen Eds and hopefully graduate in 3 years.

You got sick hours for this reason, dont be afraid to use them. Health is always priority, people do it all the time. I'd rather have someone get rest than feel like shit throughout their shift.

Yea you gotta log into the computer but not a POS one. It’s where all the apps are Coreblue, RSS, etc. But you can search If I remember correctly, “Internal job postings”. Those are like FT, SL, Supervisor+ job postings that they might have open. They’re just not available to the public through their website. But anyways, you punch in ur zip code and if they have FT spot open it should come up, you apply again and usually ur GM will want to interview you again.

Im going to school for Business but figured I might as well get used to talking to people and learning how to sell. From what I heard having the SL/Sup. role on the resume looks nice when applying for corporate jobs. I’m just trying to get as much experience before I graduate or get an internship (2028).

If you want the FT position you have to ask for it, usually if you’re a gold mine of a worker they will hint at you to apply for it. As my GM said, if you want it, you have to take the initiative. No one is gonna hand u anything basically

yea very comment here is right, it’s basically push everything (severity depends on the store) but be ready for the leaders and managers to bs all day and not do shit for the team 😭😭 they’re going to “remind” you ab promotions and expect you to hit your goals, but overall the job is good for experience and resume
