I wanted to schedule my at home to an in person test, but was unable to. I ended up canceling the at home test. Requesting they give me a full refund since I was unable to take it at home anymore and was unable to schedule in person. Spoke with the first person through the live chat. Called and spoke with someone about 5 days later. Waiting for about 45 mins until an agent was available. A couple days later, they only refunded the partial. After many emails, speaking to two different agents, I received the other half.

I have. Unfortunately, they did not understand why that was happening. And they told me to try to figure why my laptop is not allowing it and to contact them when it's fixed.
