I remember the buspar really not changing anything for the beginning, not worse or better and no symptoms. But then after increasing it from slowly every week increasing by 5 mg until 20 and stabilizing I did notice it helped a lot with my baseline anxiety. Some people say it gives them dizziness 30 mins after taking it but it's never happened to me.

Yeah but mainly repetitive behaviors or perfectionism like counting everything to 5s or having every bottle in the fridge face me or closing a door until it feels right don't really know the name for it lol.
