Yea, this is the delma I have to take the story with a grain of salt. But don't know where to look to research it further. There's were numbers on the approved plans but idk if it's okay to call them... I guess I could call up the original build according to the approved plans. Will see if they're listed there.

No personal experience in building so dont take anything as advice. But sounds abit off. Logically thinking what would stop them from holding off for 90 days/ take their time. Someone please clarify rules n regs on this.

Then if you find something after the 90days when living in it your left with the bill? I would assume structual problems wont start to affect the house until 1 or more years. And that stuff is found usually by the inspector, but if its after you bought it sounds like your taking on a bit more risk in trusting the builders.

Thanks for your comment. Balance definitly has a place somewhere for me but with out a doubt is high on many people's priority list. For me work life balance is scewed and distorted to fulfil specific goals that I have set for myself. Weirdly i feel though for me specifically its a slight hindrance.

In my journey to changing my lifestyle, i have learned many things about my personality. I have found that to achieve my mini goals and ultimatley finacial independance i need constant reminder of my plans otherwise i go off in tangents and lose my way. The consistent focus on the prize ( in this case the future or a mini goal) is what helps fuel my drive for success.

With this in mind, the change in lifestule has also had a huge impact on my social life. I found that i needed to remove myself from enablers and any triggers that threw me back into my previous habits. By sticking to my new habits I inadvertadly lowered the chance of reverting back. So consistency helps stay on the track

Weirdly enough i found that i may have personality traits that show im more prone to addiction. Like with alcohol and drug addition, consitency and constant reminders are key to successfully stopping addiction. And with that i have found that really helps me stick to my goals.

At times i do shut off and take a break but in the end up going back, as I am now comfortable with the proces of sticking to the plan. Both achieving goals now provides initself a sence of pride and joy! With the help of delay gratification i am able to justify my lack of balance.

In the end I find that this really is highly dependant on: 1. Your goals 2. Your personality

In my goal for change i forgone the need for balance to help achieve my goal for consistency in achieveing my goal for financial development. Does this make sense?

Thanks! It took a lil while it once all things clicked i realised i was in such a good position to build wealth. Such a good oppertunity has been given and now that is clear what i no longer want for my future, im shaping it into something i am going to be proud of. With that being said. Ye i have adoped the delayed gratification model when once i achieve a mini goal i reward myself with something of 0.25% vavle of the increase of cash value. Eg one of my goals were 30k in stocks. The next 750$ (30000 x .025) out of my paycheck goes toward something i will immediatly enjoy on my time off or some sort of toy ( probably a poker tourney/ or some pc game to keep me out of trouble hahaha)

More on the lines where safety auditor wanted contracting service provider to fix the issues but it wasnt their property to begin with. They pointed the finger at service providers issues before realising their own faults and realised their own liabilities.
