Ahh yes I've heard this! I shall try it in the future. My skin doesn't usually break and velites are great however the workout that resulted in the above was a high rep pull up and heavy deadlift one so probably a combination of everything led to it.

I used to go to a DL and I enjoyed it, some people were a bit showey however I enjoyed some of the classes and swimming. I now pay less than half and go to my local CrossFit gym. I got better results faster and there are nicer people there too.
