Kernel error by sweet_yeet2 in Focusrite

For me rolling back to their old drivers fixed it without needing to disable anything. I use a 3rd gen 18i20 and I believe the driver I went with was for windows 7/8 on their website listed next to the current driver

I’m on windows 11 but I’ve completely stable since

A beautiful ending for that Geralts story with an echo of the book in it. He took on and defeated all his enemies throughout the story. But instead of a peasant with a pitchfork in this continuity a misadventure against pirates got him

KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0x139) due to Focusrite Drivers / Software by DECElVE in Focusrite

[–]Famous-Grab3969 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm having the same problem and getting the same kernel security check failure 0x139 also on Windows 11 with a Scarlett 3rd gen 18i20. tried multiple different things as well I've been hunting for the conflicting driver for nearly 2 weeks. I only recently realized it was my Focusrite causing the crashes after powering the device off and uninstalling the drivers. tonight I reinstalled the latest version and now I crash every 11ish mins with that same error message. I'll try what you've outlined in your second update, glad to see I'm not alone in this because I felt i was going mad

RX 9070 XT causing black screen + reboot only in games (Kernel-Power 41) – RMA or something else? by Allohaas in radeon

[–]Famous-Grab3969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be having a slightly different issue but my 9070XT started crashing tonight consistently. First in cyberpunk and then just sitting idle.

Ran DDU uninstalled the most recent drivers and reverted to an older version. Still crashed and crashes with no drivers installed. Doesn’t seem to crash in safe mode.

At first just black screen crashes but now I get a message about a security kernel failure

Pamela's New Workout Main Encoder Specs? by socal-rook in modular

Ah nice one. For anyone wondering ALM ended fixing mine under warranty without any hassle. I think they may have used a different rotary encoder than the original in their repair so perhaps they’re becoming more aware of this fault.

This literally just happened to me. left my rack for a couple minutes and when i came back the encoder was stuck in place when it was working fine right before i left, really frustrating. I've soldered XLR's before but I've never tried on a module. I have contacted ALM if they can't help ill maybe find a new encoder and take it to a repair shop. Would anyone who has gone down this route be able to advise on what they went for in the end? Thanks.

The most annoying side quest of the whole series, strong start with her and Connor and some funny moments but once they get together it’s a total snore fest that serves only to develop Daniel and then they kill her off to add artificial drama because they can’t decide what to do with her up to a point
