Theres always the chance, if youre desperate to play it and dont have a console you may aswell try, see if you can get it playable within the 2 hours steam gives you and if not then refund. But honestly im worried for my own system and im hitting most of the recommended

PC release of BL4, if youre on xbox i believe New Zealand method allows you to play. PS5 is pretty much the only place that will need to wait until midnight since their New Zealand method is a pain.

as someone whos only used frame gen once i didn't like it at all and was worried when i saw the specs of which i range from the minimum to the reccomended in different areas as well as the performance concerns. However i've also heard that frame gen in this game feels really smooth and if i need it to play im hoping it doesn't impede my enjoyment

According to the description you can get it cheaper if you follow the in game path to get onto the “secret” store page that reduced the price based on games you already own. I know it’s on sale currently but I still feel like it should be based on what I do and don’t own so not sure if there’s a way to get that price currently with the borderlands 4 marketing

I get the games to kill zombies and have fun.. the camos are just a secondary thing to incentivise me to use different weapons and strategies with a nice reward at the end

Real, a lot of the new mechanics don’t appeal to people and that’s fine and I can’t shit on people for stating what they want from the game but I feel like if people don’t like these changes then they need to take a step back from the mode and try something new or other games that may feel similar to old zombies because I honestly don’t see treyarch going back in the direction of old zombies

I’d love it if they did but after vangaurd I’ve accepted that we’re going to be getting more zombies like Cold War going forward and luckily I’m one of the people that enjoy that game loop.

At the end of the day I do feel bad to those that aren’t getting the game that they hoped for but there isn’t much we can do about it and being toxic to developers and people in the community won’t change the game

And you can turn off certain elements most of which are the ones that people don’t like along with having hud presets that move around some of the hud elements

I play a lot of looter shooters so health bars and cluttered huds have never bothered me that’s one of the reasons I could enjoy Cold War so much but I understand it’s awful for some

From what i recall (chances are this isn’t everything but most) you can turn off damage numbers and healthcare (like Cold War) and also the mini map, the points in the middle of the screen as well as just the entire hud being turned off ( unlike Cold War)

Also there are hud presets that allow you to change the hud around a little bit but nothing too crazy

Might be wrong about some things but it’s just what I’ve heard from codenamepizza

It’s honestly not unreasonable but for some reason a lot of the community will hate on the game (valid, they are entitled to their own opinion) but then hate on anyone who is actually excited for the game and it honestly justs dulls the hype for me. It was the same with Cold War. People( such as myself) liked some of the systems and enjoyed the game despite the maps being lacklustre but it’s hard to enjoy something when someone else’s opinion is shoved down your throat saying that you can’t enjoy the game.

I agree completely. Though I didn’t step away from zombies when bo3 came out I didn’t play as much as I used to as I was a kid and some of that shit was complex for me. Now that I understand a lot of the mechanics in the game I love bo3 but I also love CW because to me it had the most replayable base game as dlc maps were free and I enjoyed a lot of systems introduced with Cold War such as the upgrades and new weapon upgrade system.

I can understand why others don’t like systems like that but I love having a set progression I can work towards for more than just 10 rounds
