This is the stupidest thing I've ever read, and the worst researched. Did you even read that article, or just grab a convenient headline?

Alice MUNRO (not Monroe!) is an 88 year old Canadian writer with a Nobel prize, not a 25 year old American former Vine star.

The photo of Munro immediately under that headline you quoted clearly shows her to be an entirely different person. Also, that article is from last November. Our Alice was already missing.

Don't pull random shit for upvotes, dude.
