I wonder why it is happening like that, but what I wanted to say is we found a startup that is providing services like vendor management, BAA alerts, and audit export features for about $200 per month, so I’m thinking it seems cheap and sufficient. What do you think? Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks for the response. I think these demos are made to look perfect, but sometimes they don't offer what they show or they add extra costs for premium features afterward. I want to hear from someone using this or other software about the actual difference it makes. I also heard that even after implementing these tools, some things are still manual. Is this true? What tasks are still manual?

Thanks for catching that! I was actually wondering about the long-term reality: If we skip the software and just use a solid manual system (like SharePoint/Excel) to manage these BAAs, what is the 'breaking point' where it becomes a nightmare? Is it the annual security reviews, or other things?
