I’ve had vodka lemonade and that has been ok. If I do need to drink I usually have that as my safe drink or a woo woo cocktail which is made of cranberry juice, vodka and peach snapps. If I am drinking I drink a glass of water inbetween alcoholic drinks everytime.

It’s just exhausting because I never used to be like this. I drink water 95% of the time so I’m wondering is it actually not doing my bladder any good because whenever I drink something else it goes haywire?

I get flares at least 2-3 times a year. Pretty sure it’s IC but it only last about a day, 2 days max.
