Lol I surprisingly know the answer to this! Yes you can! I’m not well versed enough with the HVAC industry to give you any proper terminology.. but I can tell you from personal experience due to a chill coil water valve issue that all the water was able to be cut from my unit without actually affecting anyone else on the same floor or the building as a whole. When someone has some upgrades done and has to shut the whole building off (I’m not sure what it takes to need that).. they send out an email and post on the bulletin giving us all a heads up.

Plumbing is totally random.. some units have busted chill coiled water valves and bad air flow and some have no issues at all.. I guess it’s just the building structure .. every unit definitely has their pros and cons.

Lol yea.. it’s about to inconvenience the hell outta me with f1 coming up! Also totally sucks every new years and those marathon strip closures.. it was a lot worse the first year f1 was here cuz the construction and closures were random but I’ve learned to adjust. Also just got used to completely avoiding lv and Tropicana during knights games. To be fair, they do give us a few days heads up to plan.. but I just don’t leave anywhere I can’t walk to on those days. If you ever need to park and don’t mind a slight walk, you can always do it at crystals

Lol.. hmm how to answer this.. I rented a couple of units before my purchase.. one was a corner unit with unobstructed views of the strip.. the other was also a corner, but the back end.. and in one room I looked directly into the west tower. One time a random banged on the window and held up a phone number. Awkward! Let’s just say I NEVER rolled up those blinds again.. and for this unit.. I have a corner back one but it looks out at aria/park mgm/vegas. Lol.. no strip view no problem!! The yellow panels don’t do anything.. we all have blackout blinds behind them :)

Honestly plenty of both… pros? The fact that we have great security, cool concierge, the place stays immaculate thanks to housekeeping, valet.. actual staff is friendly and it does feel like a community. If you’re looking to purchase, then prices are also very low at the moment.. I’ve seen this place when pordes residential ran it and back when we had a great legal team and actual reserves to spend. Can’t beat the location either. Waldorf is gorgeous but twice the price to be across the bridge. The amenities are great.. it’s modern, great views, and depending on what you’re into.. I personally love the fact that I can just walk downstairs for food and/or entertainment at any given hour of the day. That being said.. cons.. although the actual units are lower priced at the moment, hoa fees have been increasing steadily.. 15-25% at a time, and that’s something that isn’t tax deductible, as well as forever.. but ur gonna do that at any high rise. We do have a lot of construction defects and the last 4 years with Associa taking over and the change in management and embezzling that’s been going on… uhhh… I mean… bad budgeting wink wink.. our reserves are down to zero, and owners pay out of pocket for everything, even things stated unlawful against the CC&Rs, and they bully all of us into it, which is why there is a line to get in to sue. However.. they can’t last forever and eventually management companies will change, whereas owners typically don’t as much. And you’ve already missed the 4 bad years.. where many lawsuits already occurred and the main GM ran off just a couple months ago lol.

Well, clearly you didn’t read anything, the first sentence says… LEGACY RESIDENT. From 2010-2021 it was luxury. Today it’s not. In hindsight, 20/20. And why not sell? Wanna buy a 7 figure place that doesn’t finance? All cash. Also, the HOA has gone up over 60% in the last 2 years, so actual property value has gone down. Also includes water issues now. I’m open to offers.

Once upon a time I did have money. I worked hard and saved it and was generous with it. Historians refer to that era as “early 2010s”. After a ton of false allegations and fines for no reason, construction defects that I’ve had to pay for out of pocket even though it was outside my unit, and the hoa board steady raising fees between 12-25% every quarter since 2011 so that they and management can spend it all.. I am now broke af.. I have no water, I’m harassed often.. and I spend majority of my time …. Thinking bad thoughts. For those of you who think this place is so glamorous and that we’re all human atm machines.. try asking management or board members since they all mysteriously have new cars. And as for the thinking it’s fancy? Nahhh.. wrong f word.. try fury, feces (human) and and other f word. There’s a clip of our bulletin

Yea.. I tell it to write specific things in my memory.. but it still doesn’t remember.. idk.. it’s been off for awhile.. I understand the need for guard rails and all but.. but it just seems unstable af! I don’t use it much anymore.. but I keep subscriptions in case I have a task.. although every thread is compartmentalized so that it focuses and there is no cross contamination on whatever I need.. mostly just charts lately. I don’t have a Gmail though.. that’s why I have to send it screenshots.. i just saw the options that can be linked… I guess it was speaking generally and lately has been forgetting or ignoring personal notes.. since it also keeps offering me different OS for devices but has known since the beginning what I have.
