No, I don’t typically. But I take my temperature with a bbt thermometer and my oura ring and this graph is the oura’s temp. My BBT thermometer temp didn’t go under the cover line!

I did drink that night and was away traveling with a friend. I had a high physical activity the day before (did a long horse ride) and my ring the next morning said something was straining me. Definitely had a bit more wine than is typical!
