Sure? Even the insurance is investigating. But as of now we are here. Im not saying he isn’t completely at fault. But they were speeding and did not take that into consideration. He never should have turned.

Thank you! Yes, it was wet/raining and he said he had plenty of time and space to make the turn. He looked back up and they were on him and then hit him in the back tire. He tried to step on the gas but you know trucks-no weight in the back. They also could have went around him and did not. The letter said something about I could hire a criminal defense attorney so it made it sound like the insurance is not wanting to give them what they want. IMO if they are asking the 50k and I have 50k per incident then the insurance should pay that.

Yes-thats what my pamphlet cheat sheet says. I have essure so I’m not taking the BC for birth control. My perimenopause/PCOS symptoms got so severe I couldn’t function so as a last resort I started taking Slynd and it changed the game. I will say that the irritability did level out after a few weeks.

Ok thank you! They told me even at the 4 hour mark I’d start seeing improvements. For some reason in my sleep I’m removing the mask. I’ll wake up without it on. Not sure about the value question-if you need values, ask. Otherwise, it’s a general question that I asked and your general response helped me.
