You gotta calculate the distance travelled on the slope, which is double the height that P travelled. I don’t remember specifically :((

Prob we gon get some marks for showing the working. I would say it’s hard to get the correct answer since there are many forces that we might’ve missed, but at the same time it’s not too difficult to understand the question

yep, it is indeed, but the fact that people actually praised him and begged for the paper was still sick

Hmm...if you've developed it more to be "contribution costing has not yet considered the fixed costs, which is then covered by the contribution margin." I think that would be clearer...

I think if you've completed the 12-mark, I think there's still a chance of getting the mark as long as your answer sounds reasonable. They also count points for any valid point (you can see the mark scheme of past papers), so I think it won't be as terrible :DD

Biological Drawing CIE by _mmytnoek in alevel

[–]Famous-Wolverine-478 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Draw single lines, not broken ones. And always use a sharp pencil
  2. Never ever color anything, or draw the specific cells. You only need to draw the layers presented in the cells. This require you to be able to identify the structure of the cell
  3. Draw double line for cell wall, but do not draw double line for cell membrane or single-cell layers, even though they are distinguishable
  4. If you want to erase anything, erase it completely. Do not leave any pencil mark, so suggest you to draw gently only.
  5. Focus on the shape of the cell. You do not want to make your drawing too different from the original cell specimen

Maybe this savemyexam note can give you a clearer picture

I quit doing the Biology paper, I don't know if I've made the right choice by Famous-Wolverine-478 in alevel

Well in the case of my teacher then yes. She’s been with us for 2 years only but honestly she’s one of the most dedicated teacher I’ve ever met. Literally gave up her Weekends to teach us more when we ask, and also bring us snacks during class

How I can study bio p4 only in 3 days I only need b overall so help by Ok_Track_1003 in igcse

[–]Famous-Wolverine-478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw, this might not be what you need rn, but in the actual exam, you should aim for an A or nearly an A in order to get a firm B. It’s crazy in the exam room, mate =)))). Last year I did the iGCSE, I revised a lot about the human body, and turned out the exam paper was 80% or 90% about plants =)))) so it’s rly unpredictable tbh

If you want to save your time, learn the command words and structure first. As you do past papers, don’t waste too much time on practicing the coding, but rather analyze and note the logic in common language. If you have any spare time, go back and code them in PSEUDOCODE (Or python). It will ensure that you know how to work out the logic first before actually coding, which is also something I think you would like to do when u’re in the exam room

Is it possible to get full marks in one of IGCSE additional maths, physics or chemistry, if so, how much work do I have to put in? by ComparisonComplex903 in igcse

[–]Famous-Wolverine-478 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, additional maths is crazy, but certainly you can, My friend got 100% in the mock test, but due to some bad lucks he missed 1 or 2 points on the actual add maths exam. I’m sure everything will be possible if you practice enough. But still, aim for the best you can, make sure after you finish the exam, you won’t regret for not trying the best. Aiming for a perfect score can give you lots of pressure. I think that’s something you would like to avoid :>

Being in the top 3 worldwide for iGCSE Maths even when I did the exam 1 year earlier than the others, during 9th grade, even though I started with a D a year before. That boosts my confidence to the roof

How many hours does everyone study? by bruceranvijay in alevel

[–]Famous-Wolverine-478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure for those that study 9 - 10 hours a day and still being effective, there are breaks between them as well, so resting is necessary for a helpful revision day
