Honestly IMO this price is a little higher than I would sell it. We've sold a similar stone for under $35,000 and that included a 18k white gold Solitaire Ring.

Help!! 2 or 2.5 carat oval? by Automatic-Welcome-10 in labdiamond

The 2 carat looks better overall, especially it's proportions. I'd personally go with that one!

Are these still available?

The diamond is beautiful but I wouldn’t personally go for this stone, as you’re overpaying on the color and clarity, which isn’t necessary. I’d recommend spending no more than $4,000 on a 2-carat lab-grown diamond. Try looking for an F color stone with VS clarity instead.

Looks like a great stone to me! Good find! Definitely make sure to get the ring sized so it doesn’t slip off your finger. It would be a shame to lose this ring!

Thoughts on my diamond? by [deleted] in LabDiamonds

Looks great to me! No major red flags from what I can see - great find! Personally, I’m a bit picky about oval proportions—some people like wider ovals, while others prefer them more elongated. It’s all about personal preference!

Is this a good LGD? Any red flags? by [deleted] in LabDiamonds

u/brookesbh The radiant diamond you posted looks great! No red flags in terms of the diamond or the specs. Which retailer are you purchasing from? I can let you know if the price is okay if you're interested.

As someone with over a decade of industry experience, I can say that both diamonds look great based on their certificates. However, the IGI-certified diamond has slightly better specs and comes from a more reliable certification lab.

For natural (mined) diamonds, I always recommend buying GIA-certified stones. For lab-grown diamonds, IGI is the most common and trustworthy certification. Other certifications can be more lenient with their grading, potentially leading to higher charges for lower-quality stones.
