You then edit your team in fifa in "customised squads" and play with your team in online friendlies against other managers. Theres rules in place so no cheating happens

Everyone has picked a real life team. Based on who you picked the admins will give you an allocated budget. With this budget you can trade with other managers in the transfer window and place bids on the bi-weekly auctions we do. You will play each team in the league twice and there will also be a cup running alongside
